Move license file to new host

I am trying to move a license for Quartus to a new server. We had this license when it was under Altera, but I have been advised this has been moved to Intel.

I have recently created an account and got as far as getting into the self-service licensing, but when trying to locate the license in question nothing is being found. How do I find this old license so that I can move it to the new server being built?
