Hi all,
I purchased Stratix 10 SX SoC evaluation board, then installed Quartus Prime Pro on my computer. Then I tried to retrieve the license in self-service licensing center by entering the serial number, but it was not valid.
I retrieved the license for a different evaluation board (Stratix 10 DX) by entering the serial number before, but somehow it did not work this time. I tried to get help on the licensing center, but the purchase order number, serial number, and any other numbers I found on the box were invalid and couldn't get their support on it. Since I bought the card from Digikey, I asked their help but haven't heard anything back for a long time.
Can anyone help me on this please?
