I bought the safety data package 5.2 linked to version 17.2 of Quartus. 

In the download page I did not find any license related to the Quartus tool. I have already installed the base versione of Quartus V17 and then I installed the Update 2 package but a valid license is required to use Quartus. Why the license is not provided?
