Stratix 10 GX BTS download link

Hello, I purchased two Stratix 10 GX development kits from Digikey.  The paper inside the boxes states to reach out to my Altera FAE to request a download link, but my company does not have an assigned FAE as far as I know.  Nor do we have a sales rep since it was just an online order through a distributor.

How can I go about getting access to the BTS software, so that I can load user designs into the on-board Flash?  I searched and did not find a similar question posted.  Thanks!
