hi,
I am a college student , I use the FPGA ALTERA "cyclone II EP2C35F672C6N" and Quartus II 13.0sp1 Prime Standard Edition for only academic/education purposes. But I do not have the license file of the Intel Quartus II 13.0sp1.
After trying to get license from here: https://fpgasupport.intel.com/Licensing/license/index.html
I get this error "There are no product licenses assigned to this computer".
and your system send me an email with a message:
"There is an issue in generating the license for this provided NIC/Host ID: 74E543C12D1D
Please check your NIC/Host ID and try again. If you still encounter problems, please contact our customer support."
So, I hope you can help me to get the license file. Thank you

Hi,
You may have entered the wrong number for your NIC ID. Refer to Step 6 of this Software and Licensing Quick Start Guide here for the appropriate steps: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/documentation/esc1425943996095.html#mwh1410890918659
Let me know if this helps,
Nurina
