US Navy can't login to MS Azure. I recently purchased a license under my e-mail address and can't login to setup and retrieve my license. I understand that my network has blocked tenant access and that's the reason. I don't think they're going to change this anytime soon, if ever. However, I still would like to access my license since we have a lot of Altera products. Is there an alternate method to access my license? Can I register a different e-mail and have the license transferred? This is a newly purchased license.

Unfortunately no, you may need to contact Licensing Centre Support to transfer the license from old to new account.
