Unable to Update Physical Address for License Regeneration

Hi all,

I'm experiencing an issue with license generation for Questasim with regards to randomised mac addresses. I have turned the setting off now but am unable to change the address to the correct value as per the error message below:

"The host information cannot be updated as there are no available Rehost on one or more licenses."

Is there a a method to gain extra rehost requests?

Rehost you would need to file a case in Premier Support https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000057045/ethernet-products.html

Hi Sheng,

I was unable to file a ticket with Premier Support. However, after 24 hours, my machine's mac address returned to the one listed on the Questa sim license.
