Unable to generate a license for IP-TRIETHERNET

I manage chain of custody for all software licenses at my company.

I'm attempting to generate a license for IP-TRIETHERNET using an activation code we recently purchased from Digi-Key, however, I'm getting an error "Error Invalid License Activation Code".

How can I get help with this?
