Most license entitlements for Quartus Prime Software and FPGA IP cores are perpetual. Exceptions for products or complementary tools, such as Questa*-Intel® FPGA Edition, are noted in the license file and SSLC with a license expiration date.

I see the price of the QUARTUS PRIME STANDARD EDITION on intel's official website as follows: Fixed - $2,995, Float - $3,995. Is this the latest price? And Float, is this a permanent license?
