quartus license for V16

Hi, 

We have an old project which is built under Quartus pro V16.0.

Now we want to puchase a new floating license for development while still based on Quartus pro V16.0.

May I know if the license purchase currently is able to be used for Quartus pro 16? or we need to have a special request?

We deeply apologize. Quartus Pro V16.0 has been discontinued. You may refer to ADV 2135 as released on 09/23/2021.

Thank you for your reply.

I understand the situation. 

But I still want the answer of if the latest purchased license can be used for Quartus Pro V16?

The reason is that I tried to upgrade the project  but it just causes more errors when I used V22.1 evaluation license for testing.  This is the reason why we want to still use V16 for this particular project. 

Of course, for the new project, we will start to use the latest edition.
