In prime 18.0 i am unable to find the IP for in-system probes and sources, how to solve this ?

Go to IP Catalog search bar -> Click 'Basic Functions' -> Then Click 'Simulation; Debug and Verification -> Then Click 'Debug Performance -> and find 'Altera In-System Sources & Probes IP'.
