Quartus Pro Licensing and Stratix 10

I am looking to use a Stratix 10 FPGA board our HPC club has. I'd like to get it up and running and start testing out a few different ideas and testing different RTL code that we've just made.

So for educative and curious purposes we'd like to see if we can get this to work.

We'd like to see if we get a license from Intel to use these FPGAs. To enable the programming for the Stratix. 
It's not much of a technical question yet, so there's not a picture I can provide.

Is this for university usage?

If that's the case, please sign in, or apply for the FPGA Academic Program to request for software licenses and hardware.
