2026.0 regression involving complex array parts

I reported Compiler bug involving complex array parts against 2025.1. It was fixed in 2025.3, but is back again in 2026.0. I'll attach my full test case again in this thread. The compiler rejects the valid test1 code. It compiles test3 without error, but produces incorrect results. There is no regression in the test2 case, which segfaulted with 2025.1.
