Assertion failure

I try to compile an F90 code, developed on a UNIX system, andI`ve got the following error message
Assertion failure: Compiler internal error - please submit problem report
GEM ASSERTION, Compiler internal error - please submit problem report
f90: Fatal: There has been an internal compiler error (E0000003).
I am using CVF 6.6C on a WIN XP Pro system.

I would say the message is self-explanatory. Submit a test case to CVF support.
