Bug in Forum - moved items

Items in the Forum are being listed, even though they are not from this forum or have been moved to orfrom it.
These items, then are not marked as read when use "Mark this Forum as Read"

e.g.

http://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/showthread.php?t=75269&o=d&s=lr
comes fromIntel Software Development Products Download

http://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/showthread.php?t=75413&o=d&s=lr
comes from Intel Math Kernel Library

I'm not certain what you are getting at. Certain moderators have posted a reply on the original forum indicating they were moving the discussion to a more relevant forum, a practice which usually worked out OK. I don't immediately see your problem with the cited posts.
We have a few instances of someone posting on multiple forums, but not persistently abusing that possibility.
Aubrey has moved a few unanswered posts, possibly feeling the way forward as a new moderator, or hoping to fulfill the goal of limiting the time before a post sees a reply. Unfortunately, sometimes there is a reason why no one has answered, and moving between forums may not be the way forward.
As I will be off for a couple of months, you won't see as much of any objectionable practices I have engaged in.

Tim,

the issue is that when I click "Mark This Forum as Read". these posts remain unread. I think it is a problem with the fact that they are items on another forum, but also listed on the current forum.
