Bundled VS2010 - SP1 update

I have just installed Update 7 with the bundled VS2010. Windows Update now tells me I should install the VS2010 SP1. Should I allow this update to be installed?

Yes. Then the next time you run VS, you will see a message asking you to run a shell updater .MSI provided by Fortran - you should do so.
