Dear Sir/Madam,
Do I have to buy Intel Visual Fortran version 11 in order to be able to download version 10? Is there any direct link so that I can buy version 10?
Another question that I have is that how I can reply to threads? The new interface in the forum has confused me. There is no link for replying :(
Thank you.

Yes, you require a license to download old versions. The current license entitles you to all older versions, as well as new versions issued during the license term, all available by registering for a support account.

The "reply" problem should be fixed.
As Tim says, you would buy the current version (11.1) and then use the instructiions here to get the license file and download the older version.
Intel does not sell IMSL separately. You can buy it from Visual Numerics.
