CPUtimes used by subroutines and functions.

Hi,
We want to find the times used by each subroutine and function in our model.
Can you tell us what is the best way to do?
We are using Intel Visual Fortran version 11.0.074 on Windows Platform.
I used to work with gprof on UNIX.
