We run a lot of Fortran 77 codes using CVF 6.0. Without rewriting codes, what are the advantages to going to Intel Fortran for Windows? Can one use a command line where CVF 6.0 is installed? Thanks. Ed

Yes you can use the command line. Please note that the only supported CVF version alongside Intel Fortran is 6.6, but 6.0 will probably work. Advantage is primarily improved run-time performance, but if you're still using CVF 6.0, you may not be all that interested in performance - 6.6 is a big step up in performance from 6.0.
