Can't get Intel Fortran compiler after installation!!

Hello,

I downloaded the trial version of Intel Parallel Studio XE 2015 Cluster version. It's the update 4 version. And I tried to install it in my computer. However, after I installed it, it only shows some documentations. I couldn't find the tools folder. So I can't use Intel fortran compiler. I wonder what I can do about it. Is this because I am using the trial version?

Thank you so much.

Do you already have installed Visual Studio 2010, 2012 or 2013? That is required in order to get the compiler. I had another customer who had the same issue - he ignored the warning messages during installation. The trial version does not include the Visual Studio Shell-based Fortran development environment, due to Microsoft royalty issues. You do get that with the commercial (or academic) license.

I suggest that you uninstall Parallel Studio XE, obtain a supported version of Microsoft Visual Studio (the VS2013 Community Edition will work), then reinstall Parallel Studio. The compiler should be there then.

That installer does not provide Fortran. We offer Fortran for free to university students.
