In recent days I get this error which goes away if I disable my VPN. Is this intended behaviour?

It's not any VPN, as I can still sign into the forum on a VPN. But it would not astonish me if CloudFront, which Intel is apparently using here, has a list of VPNs it doesn't like. I've seen this on a few other sites.

Indeed I am using a legitimate, reputable, and highly-rated VPN service that is rather well known! I will dig a bit on google

Having looked at this is seems CloudFront clobbers a whole range of VPN stuff using pretty arbitrary criteria. If I want to access the forum I have to bypass the VPN or maybe start messing with obfuscation.

Hi
I have the same issue with my internet provider address range. In my case, using a vpn solve the problem.

According to my ISP, it seems to be the AWS-AWSManagedRules AnonymousIpList list

Hi
It seems that the AWS ip filter has been updated. I can again connect to the intel web sites.

Error, it works only randomly. May be the filter is deactivated sometime.

Not exactly the same problem - I now cannot log into the forum from my work computer - I can get to the login page, and using 1Password complete my credentials, but Intel rejects it as unknown user or invalid password.
On my own compter on the same network, using the same 1Password credentials, I can log straight in.
I was thinking that it was something to do with the URL protection at work, but that I can get to the login page seems to refute that.

still working OK for me for several days now. The site mechanics seem to change on a regular basis , rarely for the better from a user perspective,
