I have a support ticket, no 04735259. I am getting emails about it, but when I log in the system tells me to create a new account. The times it lets me in I do not have access at all to my ticket. This new system does not seem to be working well at all.

Are you still have issues to access your support case via Online Service Center?
You are able to login onto the forum but not onto Online Service Center? Is that correct?
