Hello,

I cannot integrateIVF 9.1 into MS Visual Studio 2008 (OS = Windows 7). Are these compatible? If not, what are my options?

Thanks in advance for your help.

No, they are not compatible. IVF 11.1 supports that combination. You can upgrade to version 11.1 - depending on how long ago your support license expired, it may be more cost-effective to buy a new license as a support renewal extends the previous license by a year.

Thanks. I will purchase 11.1 license.

On a separate point, when I try to uninstall IVF 9.1, I get the following error message:

"Error 1324. The path My Documents contains an invalid character."

Do you happen to know the workaround for this?

Thanks.

Thanks - I've got it sorted.

However my next issue relates to installing IVF 11.1. I've purchased and downladed w_cprof_p_11.1.054.exe but when I try to run it I get the following error:

"This self extracting executable file appears to have been corrupted and cannot be executed. You should obtain a new copy of this file to insure that it will execute correctly."

I have downloaded it several times and the download appears to be successful but I repeatedly get the above error message.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Clear your browser's cache and delete your current copy. Use the "download manager" option to download it and try again.
