Dear Steve,
A few months ago, you answered a question for me about converting from a 32-bit Windows 2000 to a 64-bit Windows XP environment. Your advice was helpful and thankx. Additionally, you offered:
" If you run into any problems, please let us know at Intel Premier Support."
OK. Well, I've run into a problem and I thought I'd run it past you before we give up altogether...
Attached is the running log of the issue I've been dealing with your tech support over the past few months. The problem is outlined in extreme detail, as it took me weeks for them to admit there was a problem and even now, I doubt they fully grasp it...
What I find most discouraging is that the problem remains unaddressed and resources which could fix this issue are apparently pre-occupied with coming out with the 9.0 version - which still has the problem in it!!!
In Intel's defense, I'll say it was nice of them to let us have our money back.
Anyway, we are going back to the 32-bit version until this problem is fixed...
Let me know if you think there is something wrong here, if you can.
Sincerely,
Mark Wood
