Converting from single to concurrent license

I have an existing installation which I want to convert to a concurrent-use installation. I have the new license file installed on a server.
How do I get the FLEXlm License Finder Dialog Box to come up so I can point the client to the server? I don't want to start the compiler for each person I need to convert. Is there an executable somewhere that I can run?
