DVF 5.0 Help no longer works

Our IT guy installed SP2 on my laptop running XP Professional and when I click on a Help topic (in DVF 5.0) I now get the "This page cannot be displayed message". I need help to get Help!

Same here after reinstall Windows XP. I thing i was working ok with SP2before the reinstalation,but not sure.
