Date Time Picker and Different Windows Versions

I am using the dialog element Date Time Picker inside my applications. There are no problems on Win XP systems after including comctl32.lib as libary. I do have problems using the *.exe on systems with win 98, win me, win nt, win 2000. Is there a different libary which i have to include?

The development system is cvf 6.6 and the exe is compiled in the debug mode.
