Difference between OneAPI Fortran and the Intel Parallel Studio Fortran

I have been a long-time user and educator of parallel Studio Fortran compilers and I have recently noticed a heavy presence of ads about Intel oneAPI Fortran compiler. I wonder if anyone knows the differences between the two and the advantages one over the other. Thanks!
