Hello,

I am still using Visual C++.NET Standard 2003 (SP1) as development environment.
Until the latest update of IVF I didn't notice any problem with the intregration of IVF in VC++.NET, however after installing version 11.1.067 I noticed that I have no longer help documentation available. Also the VC++.NET 2003 help is no longer available. I tried to reinstall everything, but without succes. I first removed both the compiler and the development environment and after reinstallation of VC++.NET I do have help for the development environment available. It is only after installation of IVF 11.1.067 that I loose access to all documentation.
My operating system is windows XP home edition with the latest service packs and updates installed.

Is this a known problem? Do I have to manually change some registry settings?

Update:

IfI first remove both the compiler and the development environment andreinstall VC++.NETfollowed by aninstallation of IVF 11.1.065 everything functions correctly, so the problem is clearly related to the installation of IVF 11.1.067.
The Namespace# 2.0 utility shows all registered MS help namespaces after installation of IVF 11.1.065.
After installation of IVF 11.1.067 the namespaces don't show up in Namespace# 2.0. It appears that the MS help namespaces got unregistered during installation.

p.s.

It looks like this problem is not related to the path environment variable. Whether I install version 067 or 065 the size of the path environment variable and sequence of entries is the same.

Problem solved.

Today I installed version IVF 11.1.067 again, and now I do have help documentation available.
I have no idea why it worked. I suppose this belongs to the wonders of micro electronics.
