I contacted Intel Software Network Support, but they told me that i had to post on here to recieve support.
We are currently trying to download the latest verion of Intel Math Kernal Library for Windows (i believe this is 10.2 (1)).
We have a number of active Intel Visual Fortran Compiler Professional Edition for Windows licences, which are well within there support period (the latest of which expires on 30/4/2010).
However when we attempt to download MKL the only product listed as eligeable to download MKL is an old expired licence we had specifically for MKL before it became part of the Visual Fortran Compiler Professional Edition package.
When selecting version 10.2 it therefore states that "The support period for your license has expired and you are not eligible to download this product update. Please purchase a renewal to extend support for your license."
As far as I can tell we are fully entitled to download the latest version of MKL, but the intel site is incorrectly preventing us.
Please can you help.
Thanks

As of version 11 of the compiler, MKL is not a separate download. You should download and install version 11.1 of the compiler and it will automatically install the corresponding version of MKL.

Thanks for the reply, we are specifically after a change which we believe had been made in MKL version 10.2 (1), which according the following table (linked below) will be in Visual Fortran compiler for Windors version 11.1 build 38.
http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/which-version-of-ipp--mkl--tbb-is-installed-with-intel-compiler-professional-edition/
At the moment 11.1 build 35 seems to be latest available to download. Do you know when 11.1 build 38 will be available.
Thanks.

I expect 11.1.038 to be available today or tomorrow. You should receive a notice by email when it goes live.

By the way, I just became aware of an error with our download pages. Depending on when your license was issued, if you click on the link for "11.1 (038)", the page you are brought to may in fact be an 11.0 page. If it is, use the dropdown menu at the bottom of the page to select 11.1.
