Error in Products Download Manager

I'm attempting to download the newest release of Intel Fortran. The file download procedure gets to the "Intel Software Development Products Download Manager" window when it should download the file. I get a status of "Error" and 0% progress on the download. The Resume button also fails with error status. Please assist.

Yes, I tried again to download w_cprof_p_11.1.035.exe and it failed with the error.

Which other way do you wish for me to try for the download?

Click on the file name and select Save As... and not the "use Download Manager"
