Error in perform a clean operation from VS command line

In trying to perform a project clean through command build.xml on an integrated VS2012 / XE Composer 2013 environment, I am getting the following error from FORTRAN:

Recognized kind is not integer or cannot be parsed.

I am trying to understand the nature of this error to see if there is a possible corrupt project or a permission issue.

First, that does not read like an error from our product. Second, there are no XML files one is instructed to use in manipulating projects.

Please provide more details of your environment and perhaps a screenshot.

I won't be able to provide anything from the machine, but since you don't recognize it, it must be an issue with the project read in by VS.  We have onsite MS support so I will get them to take a look at that.
