Extract Compaq fortran projects from command line?

Intel c++ compiler provide a way(icProjConvert80 Utility)to convert a solution or projects from the visual c++ .net project systems to the intel c++ compiler project system from command line.
I am wondering if there is a way from command line or a utility to extract compaq fortran projects after convert the compaq fortran projects to intel c++ compiler project system using the icProjConvert80 Utilityfrom command line?
Looking forward to any helpful response!
