F1-access to Fortran documentation (redux)

Is anyone else seeing this?

Highlighting a keyword in source code and hitting the F1 key no longer brings up the proper section of Fortran documentation. This appears to have happened either with the installation of PS XE 19.0.3  or two of the latest updates to Visual Studio 2017:  15.9.10 or 15.9.11

Works for me with 19.0.3 and VS 15.9.10 and 15.9.11.

Works also fine for me without issues for PSXE 2019 u3 and VS2015u3 and VS 2017 15.9.11.
