...is there a recommended place to submit them? I have a couple of very simple ones that I would dearly like to enjoy. Not complex function or calculation features, but source code formatting. Surely others do too. Would make for a lively discussion yet perhaps best confined to a special area of this forum?

Just do it here. I don't think a special area is needed. It would be best if you started a new topic for each one, with a meaningful title.
