Ahmad,
Not a book, but an online tutorial which I found very helpful introducing my undergrads to Fortran:
http://www.liv.ac.uk/HPC/HTMLF90Course/HTMLF90CourseSlides.html

David

Hi Ahmad,
I also consider the Fortran 90 Programming by Ellis, Philips, and Laheya very readable andnice introduction to Fortran (at least up to the 90 edition).
Best, Hermann

I think the book by Adams, Brainerd, Hendrickson, Maine, Martin, Smith "The Fortran 2003 Handbook. The complete syntax, features and procedures" is a good choice if you are looking for a comprehensive source.
