Fortran and Windows 2000- User rights

Any one aware of what rights Fortran would need to run in a secured environment? IE. Our desktops are locked down to user access. Do we need power user access? local admin access to our boxes?

Thanks in advance..

Are you asking about the development environment or just applications? I think the development environment will run ok as an ordinary user, but some registry entries need to be added for them first through Per-User Setup when at least a PowerUser. Applications don't need any privileges unless the program itself requires them.

You do need Admin rights to install CVF.

Yes I'm referring to the development environment. So if I was given Power User rights for per user setup and then brought back to regular user after installation. I should be ok to develop?

To the best of my knowledge, yes. I'll try it out and see what happens.
