HELP!!! Anyone with Knowledge of HP Pavillion Computer

I have an HP Pavillion 763N that is running Windows XP, I have had problems with it since forever, but system restores no longer help the problem...I want to wipe the entire computer clean and start over like the day i bought it.....can anyone tell me how to go about doing this? any hlep would be greatly appreciated...also I do not beelieve that I have any disks or cds that go along with an overhaul like this...is there a way to do it internally.
