How do I include the text zoom button in the title bar of the HTML Help Viewer? Can I use the function HTMLHelp() and pass the HH_WINTYPE structure with the fsToolBarFlags set to HHWIN_BUTTON_ZOOM? Or is there a way to use the HTML Workshop program toinclude the text zoom button in the *.chm file?
