It is reasonably easy with Visual Studio instead of code.

But I use the normal Visual Studio, I am not sure of any advantages with VS Code....

And Using Visual Studio Code with Intel® oneAPI Toolkits User Guide. Unfortunately, the focus is C/C++. But it may help.
