How can I integrate a new version of visual fortran with visual studio?

I have a student edition of Intel Parallel Studio XE Cluster Edition for Windows installed in Visual Studio 2017, version 18 I think, and I received an expiration message so I downloaded a new version, 19, and registered it with Intel but I can seem to find out how to replace the version that is currently integrated with visual studio with a new version.
