How do I integrate Fortran compiler ?

I have a recent Visual studio (2019) but I cannot find any directions re how to add a Fortran compiler to it.

 

All my projects use Fortran code, but I am using an ancient version for VS and the compiler, and i wish to upgrade those. I think my LICENSE is current.

First: How do I install Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 for use with Intel Compilers?

Then install the latest version of Intel Parallel Studio XE (2020 Update 2).
