After upgrading to W2000 I re-install CVF from my CVF6.0 CD-Rom and next I upgrade CVF to 6.6.B. So far no problem, but I don't know how to copy the documentation on Window-functions (MSDN-info?) from CD-Rom to disk, so I can get the help without inserting a CD-Rom or without going online. In W95 it was available on my hard disk, but I have forgotten how I copied it there.
I looked in the Release notes of CVF, but that did not make things clear to me.
I assume it's simple, but what to do?

The default in 6.0 was to leave the documentation on the CD-ROM, this was changed in 6.1.
The most straightforward way to fix this is to uninstall VF, reinstall 6.0, selecting a Custom install and, for the documentation, making sure that all subcomponents are selected, so that all files are copied to the hard disk. Then reapply the 6.5, 6.6 and 6.6B upgrades.
