debug intel fortran

When I compile with all possible debug options and exucute my code, it crashes (*** address error ****) and gives only the line number in the MAIN program. When I run it through the Enhanced Debbuger, it produces no mre information. Please, how can I get the line number and the SUBROUTINE name that fail?
