How to get started with fortran on Xcode?

My Xcode version: 7.3.1

My intel fortran version on Mac OS: Intel Parallel Studio XE 2016 Composer Edition for Fortran

How to get started? the former document of 'Getting Started with Intel® Fortran for Mac OS* X' ( https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/getting-started-with-intel-fortran-for-mac-os-x ) is useless for the current version. Could someone teach me how to get started for simple tasks such as compiling and running by Xcode IDE?

The installed documentation has a section Getting Started > Using Xcode (OS X). The current online link is https://software.intel.com/en-us/node/579257
