How to handle licence file

My company purchased a Intel Visual Fortran Compiler Professional Edition for Windows* as part of a big project, and we get from our client a request I am not currently able to reply to:

'what to do in case we loose the .lic file and we need to get it again from Intel?'

What I am unsure of and could notr find in the website is whether my userID and password together with the serial number of the online registration would be enough to receive a new licence file.

Please go to Intel Registration Centerand login with your userID and password, select the product you registered, and then choose manage licenses. There will be a button to resend the license file to email address registered.
