How to purchase Intel Visual Fortran 9.1.029

We would like to purchase several copies of Intel Fortran 9.1.029, but it appears that this version can no longer be ordered online. Please let us know how we can order the media and license for this version.

What you do is purchase a 11.1 license. Then follow the instructions here to install 9.1. (That article has a link to instructions for downloading the older version.)
