I added priority support from CDW (since $500 cheaper) but how to add to my INTEL account

sorry i find the INTEL site to be difficult to navigate and find no way to add my 

Intel oneAPI Base & HPC Toolkit - license (renewal) + 1 Year Priority Support

 

 

 

where do i add? each 'support' link refuses to take the Mfg Part etc?
