I am a student from Harbin Institute of Technology, China mainland. I registered this product with my institutional email address. However, my request for access to the product was denied. Could anyone tell me why?
There's no one in the forum who can help you with this. I know that Intel product managers have the final say as to which institutions qualify for student licenses and I don't pretend to understand the rules. Have you tried replying to the email and asking? (It may be that nobody will see your reply, though.)
