If you have a copy of that, go ahead and install. Intel is not providing downloads of old versions except for customers with paid support (though I find this an odd position, given that the oneAPI versions have been free). Regardless, you are unlikely to need that old version to use with Abaqus, unless the Abaqus version is 32-bit only.
